Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Cosita Linda piece. If something is not quite right, our return process is simple and easy to complete online.
Start a Return or Exchange
To begin your return, please use our online return portal.
Initiate a ReturnReturn/Exchange Eligibility
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order on items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items returned outside of this window cannot be accepted.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your return is received by our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges through our return portal. To make an exchange, begin by starting your return using the steps above.
During the return process, you will have the option to select a replacement item. If there is a price difference, you will either be charged or refunded automatically.
Your exchange order will ship after your original return item has been sent back. You will receive exchange order details by email directly after the order is placed.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Go to our return portal.
- Enter the email address used for your order or your order number. Order numbers start with CL.
- Select the item or items you would like to return.
- Your return label will be emailed to you.

Important Return Details
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back within 30 days of order.
- Please include your printed invoice when returning your order, when available.
- Final sale merchandise cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, worn swimwear cannot be accepted.
- Cosita Linda is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
International Returns
At this time, we do not offer prepaid returns or exchanges for international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For assistance, please email cs@cositalinda.com.
Final Sale
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective Items
Items determined to have a manufacturing defect may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of shipment when accompanied by the original receipt.
Damage caused by highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, or tanning oils is considered normal wear exposure and is not covered.
If a defective item is reported after the initial 30-day period, store credit may be issued based on the original purchase date:
- 1 to 3 months after purchase: store credit for 100% of the original purchase price
- 3 to 6 months after purchase: store credit for 75% of the original purchase price
- 6 to 12 months after purchase: store credit for 50% of the original purchase price
