We hope you love your new items from COSITA LINDA. But if for some reason your order isn’t just right, we have a simple, no-hassle return policy. If the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment, return it to us for a refund. We do not accept returns if it has been more than 30 days since your order was shipped.
RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
1) Please go to our return portal to process your return.
2) Enter the email address you used to place your order or your order number
3) Select the items that you would like to return.
4) A return label will be emailed to you.
5) COSITA LINDA is not responsible for goods loss, stoles or damaged during return transportation.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS**
- COSITA LINDA accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
- COSITA LINDA will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
- Place your item(s) in any shipping box or bag (along with the printed invoice you received with your order) and return using your preferred shipping method.
EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASES
COSITA LINDA uses a "return and reorder" process for exchanges. So, if your order wasn’t quite what you expected and you would like to exchange it, you should treat your unwanted item as a return and place a new order online for your replacement item.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
1) Refunds for returned merchandise are processed within 2 to 3 weeks.
FINAL SALE
Any product listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. All FINAL SALE products are marked at 60% off.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
COSITA LINDA will exchange any item deemed defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 30 days of shipment when accompanied with an original receipt. COSITA LINDA uses only the finest quality fabrics, however, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear.
If your product was damaged after the 30-day return time, COSITA LINDA reserves the right to accept the damaged product under the following conditions:
1-3 Months After Purchase |
Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the defective item. |
3-6 Months After Purchase |
Store credit will be issued for 75 percent of the purchase price of the defective item. |
6-12 Months After Purchase |
Store credit will be issued for 50 percent of the purchase price of the defective item. |
COSITA LINDA in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear. Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds/exchanges will not be processed.
